PLATINUM Physician Services, Inc. is a California billing/practice management, consulting company committed                       to simplifying physician’s lives by improving the quality and efficiency of physician medical practices and                           business operations in small to medium sized groups by:

•         Providing a value added menu of services including billing and collections services, practice management,                 and other practice consultative services that can be utilized individually or as a package.

•         Facilitating strategic alliances between physicians and hospitals that contribute to the success of the parties           through on-going business relationships,

 BILLING AND ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES MANAGEMENT

Participation in a billing service with PLATINUM Physician Services, Inc. will allow physicians access to a menu                    of services enabling them to spend more time practicing medicine and 

less time worrying about the business aspects of the practice.  Services will be provided to various specialties based           upon a percentage of collections.  Standard services include the following:

•      Provider set-up and file maintenance
•      Fee analysis and annual review
•      Use of nationally recognized billing program reports
•      System and software support
•      All forms, statements and postage included in monthly fee
•      Aggressive claims follow-up and appeal
•      Electronic submission and remittance where possible
•      Comprehensive monthly on-site reporting and client meeting to review data
•      Frequent interaction and communication between billing office and    physician office
•      Optional PC located in Physician office tied to main PLATINUM Physician Services, Inc. file server and VPN.(additional fee)
